Welcome to the Laboratory of Agricultural Systems Engineering

To solve many of the problems of the 21st century, such as food and environmental problems, population concentration in cities, stable energy supply, transition to new lifestyles and intergenerational ethics, research in agricultural systems engineering is essential to optimise the whole system as well as individual technological developments. Agricultural systems engineering research is carried out from the point of view of energy, resources and information, considering agriculture as a system in which many complex elements are organically linked.
